Meath Running Group will start 2023 with a 6 week ‘Build your Endurance’ programme which will focus on steadily improving your endurance and building a good foundation for the year of running ahead.
The programme will focus on good training principles, pacing, posture & running form.
The programme is suitable for anyone running 5k and over.
