Our Pregnancy Pilates class will focus on a wide range of exercises to maintain and improve your fitness throughout your pregnancy as well as preparing your body for labour.
This online ZOOM class allows you to take part from the comfort of your own home while receiving the full engagement from our qualified tutor. The structured programme helps to promote health incorporates exercises to strengthen muscles which help maintain flexibility, improve posture and stabilise the pelvis and lower back reducing pain.
