Dance Programmes for Adults 50+

Meath LSP is delighted to announce we have two FANTASTIC Dance Programme’s running for all Adults 50yrs+

Dance for Life 50+ 

This will include various styles of line dancing such as Slow Waltz, Cajun Skip and many more!

⇒ Starting Wednesday 4th October at 11am in Eureka House, Kells.

Cost: €30 for 6 weeks

Older people dancing

Zumba Gold

An easy to follow, modified Zumba class that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

⇒ Starting Thursday 5th October at 11am in Bohermeen Community Centre.

Cost: €30 for 6 weeks

All classes are suitable for beginners. Individuals and couples are welcome. 

Booking is ESSENTIAL as places are limited.
