Mums on the Move

Mums on the Move is a new Come & Try programme scheduled just after school drop off time and is an ideal way for parents to incorporate a variety of exercise as part of their daily routine. Each programme includes 3 weeks of Circuits and 3 weeks of Pilates allowing you to sample 2 different activities in a social, inclusive environment. The combination  provides everyone with a variety of exercises and ensures to include Cardio, Strength, Flexibility and Balance into your 6-week exercise plan. The programme is suitable for all ages 18+ and fitness levels (especially complete beginners).
