What great HER Outdoors Week!

Thank you to all the women and girls who took part in Her Outdoors Week. In total 233 women and girls participating in 16 events which included: Canoeing in Ribbontail and Trim, Orineteering in Spire of Lloyd, Trail Running in Mullaghmeen Forest, Snorkelling in Lough Lene, Beach Games for girls in Bettystown beach, Archery, Sea Kayaking, Activator Pole Walking, Sea Swimming in Laytown, Yoga nd Dip and Cycling on the Greenway. 

HER Outdoors week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors while bringing visibility to the opportunities for females to get involved in outdoor physical activity. This week is all about providing more opportunities for ALL females to escape to the outdoors and try something new.
