Meath Local Sports Partnership  is delighted to announce Meath Running Group Podcast Programme starting Wednesday 20th May with our tutor Cailin McDonagh.

The Podcast programme is ideal for those wishing to complete 5 miles up to half and full marathon distances.

The weekly podcast for runners (18+) will focus on speed and middle distance training sessions. Cailin will talk you through the full running session and will give tips on what your weekly running sessions should include.

The 6 week programme is FREE and you will need to register before the start date. Please register at
