0-3km Walk to Jog programme

 

0 to 3k Walk to Jog Programme is a new 6 week programme designed to equip complete beginners to increase walking fitness and progress to jogging with relative ease.

It is a simple progressive programme that begins with more walking than jogging, and gradually evolves into more jogging than walking. No fitness level required.

Being active during COVID-19

So, you always wanted to be able to jog/run 3k easily?? But you never had the time… well now you do! And with our easy to follow 12-week programme your goal can be achieved.

Meath LSP has designed a complete 12-week beginners 0-3k individual plan for YOU!!

After the 12 weeks, not only will you be able to comfortably complete the 3k distance… but you will feel healthier and look great coming into the summer months.

What you need:

  1. Your commitment for 3 days each week
  2. Green area/field/park or road where you can be active
  3. Runners & comfortable clothing

Let this be your COVID 19 challenge – remember 2020 as the year you completed your first 3k!
