Mature Movers is an enjoyable social interaction with fun and relaxed atmosphere.

The 4 week programme includes activities such as seated exercise to music, resistance exercises with resistance bands, core stability, balance, seated Pilates and fall prevention exercises.

Cost is €20 for 4 weeks.
