Mature Movers is an enjoyable social interaction with a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

The 6 week programme includes activities such as seated exercise to music, resistance exercises with resistance bands, core stability, balance, seated Pilates and fall prevention exercises.

Cost is €30 for 6 weeks.
