Why not try our NEW Chair Yoga programme to help loosen and stretch muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation? If you struggle with flexibility, Chair Yoga is the class for you! Taking part from your chair makes you feel safe but you still get all the benefits of yoga. The classes are a combination of breathing exercises with yoga poses which are all easy to replicate. All exercises are gentle and the goal is to feel free and relaxed. Classes are pre-recorded on our Youtube channel. This allows you to do these videos in your own time.
