Chair Yoga

Exciting new chair Yoga/wellness class for adults 50+. This is a unique programme which combines multiple elements of Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and physical activity, exercises can be chair bases or standing to suit the individual taking part. The class is taught by a qualified yoga instructor and includes an uplifting sing along to finish off each session.

Classes will run for a 6-week period.
