He Swims – Swimming Programme for Men 35+

We are inviting men to come along and join us for a fun swim programme, that you haven’t experienced before!
Get ready for an introduction to Swimming and everything it has to offer! Saying “Goodbye” to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming or Aqua Aerobics and kickstart your journey into Aquatic Activities in a fun, supportive environment!
