🪁✨ We’re delighted to partner with Go Fly Your Kite to bring an exciting and interactive Kite Flying Workshop to families this August.

This hands-on workshop offers children and families a wonderful opportunity to learn, create, and have fun together. Participants will design and build their own kite, either from scratch or by tracing a graphic onto their kite. Along the way, they’ll discover the science behind flight, exploring concepts such as aerodynamics, balance, and tension, while learning how each part of a kite helps it soar.

The workshop will take place in Bettystown Library from 6:30pm to 7:15pm, followed by a chance to put those new skills into action with a kite-flying session on the beach immediately afterwards.
