An outdoor swim for women of all ages. This is an inclusive event for women 18+ who are able to swim but have not yet braved outdoor swimming. This is a unique opportunity for them to learn the skills of outdoor swimming under the guidance of a qualified swim instructor.

This event will cover all aspects of preparing for a swim/ dip, how to prevent hypothermia, considering weather conditions, tides, currents, what are the best times to swim, how to be visible and safe in the water, use of tow floats, improving breathing and stroke techniques, warming up and re-hydrating post swim.
