Men’s Health Week

June 10, 2024 - June 16, 2024
Men’s Health Week, June 10-16th! 📅

This year, the theme is “Know Your Numbers,” highlighting key health metrics every man should be aware of. One important number? 30 minutes of exercise, 5 times a week!

If you need some help keeping active, we’ve got some great men-only programs and other activities to help you reach that goal. From walking groups to football, there’s something for everyone!

Get involved. Stay active. Know your numbers!

Active Men – The Active Men Initiative aims to provide a variety of physical activity programmes for men 35+ in Meath. Suitable for complete beginners. Starting in June – there will be more opportunities for men to try our social sport.

Please see below upcoming activities:

  • Walking Football on Mondays at 11am in Ashbourne United.
