Meath Local Sports Partnership links directly with Adult Day services throughout the county with the aim of increasing physical activity opportunities for the service users. The programmes include online and in person initiatives and all involve the coordination between service staff and the Sports Inclusion Disability Officer. The Adult day services Meath LSP currently links with include Prosper Meath, Rehab care, National Learning Network and Praxis Care.
