We are delighted once again to collaborate with Na Fianna AC in Enfield to continue 0-3k and 3-5k programme for 6-weeks.  The 0-3k are designed for complete beginners while the 3-5k is more suited to improvers or those who have completed the 0-3k. The structured programmes are available for anyone who wants to increase their daily activity and are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
