Men on the Move

The aim of the Men on the Move Project is to increase the level of physical activity amongst men over 35 years of age. The emphasis in the programme is to create awareness and understanding of the importance of physical activity and the health benefits not just on physical health but on mental health and wellbeing.

Men on the Move is BACK!

Men on the Move is also back in the following areas:

Navan:         Thursdays 7pm on Claremont Stadium track.

Ashbourne: Wednesdays at 7.45pm in the Sports Hall in the Community School. Starting Wednesday 16th February.

Carnaross: Wednesdays at 8pm in Carnaross GAA 

Bettystown: Wednesdays at 8pm, meeting at Colaiste na Hince
