Men on the Move

The aim of the Men on the Move Project is to increase the level of physical activity amongst men over 35 years of age. The emphasis in the programme is to create awareness and understanding of the importance of physical activity and the health benefits not just on physical health but on mental health and wellbeing.

Men on the Move is BACK!


Men on the Move is back with a Men Only podcast and exercise video each week starting Monday 22nd February. Cost will be €10 for a 4 week programme.

Men will have access to 3 sessions per week – 2 podcast which will be suitable for beginners (walking pace) and 1 exercise video per week which focus on strength and some stretching.
