Meath Local Sports Partnership CLG wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified persons for the contracted post of ESF+ Social Innovation in Sport Officer.
The ESF+ Social Innovation in Sport Officer will support the delivery of Sport Ireland’s Sport4Empowerment (S4E) programme. This will involve leading the delivery of the S4E programme with the objective of fostering active inclusion with a view to promoting equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and active participation and improving employability in ESF + target groups and organisations locally. The programmes on this project will be designed, piloted, and scaled using design thinking principles.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate proven experience in sports development, networking, leadership, organisational planning, IT, marketing and communication skills for this post.
Candidates must demonstrate in their application that they possess all the essential elements applicable in the person specification.

This post is for a 3-year fixed-term contract. Salary is aligned with the Grade 5 public sector salary scale.
