Accessible Bike Loan Terms & Conditions
  1. Bikes are provided free of charge by the Inclusive Cycling Hub for recreational cycling on the designated Boyne Valley to Lakelands Greenway.
  2. Bikes must not be used on public roads at any time.
  3. All users must receive their bike from Feel Good Bicycles staff member.
  4. Users must follow all instructions provided by Feel Good Bicycles staff regarding the safe use of the bike.
  5. Children and vulnerable adults must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult.
  6. Helmets and any safety equipment provided should be worn during use.
  7. Users must ride in a safe and considerate manner, respecting other Greenway users including walkers, runners, and cyclists.
  8. The borrower is responsible for the bike and any equipment provided from the time it is issued until it is returned.
  9. The user may be held responsible for damage, fault, or loss which must be reported to Feel Good Bicycles staff immediately.
  10. Bikes must not be modified, misused, or loaned to another person.
  11. Bikes must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition as received.
  12. Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own risk. Users should ensure they are medically fit to take part in cycling activities.
  13. The Inclusive Cycling Hub reserves the right to refuse or withdraw bike use where safety concerns arise or these terms are not followed.
