Men on the Move

The aim of the Men on the Move Project is to increase the level of physical activity amongst men over 35 years of age. The emphasis in the programme is to create awareness and understanding of the importance of physical activity and the health benefits not just on physical health but on mental health and wellbeing.

Men on the Move – Online Classes

Meath LSP tutors will host Men on the Move (MOM) online classes on Zoom for our men’s programmes in Navan, Kells and Ashbourne.

The MOM leaders will deliver a circuit class for the men starting Tuesday 5th May at 7pm.

Meath LSP will share the link on our Facebook page (Meath Local Sports Partnership) for any men over 30 that are interested in taking part. The classes will focus on aerobic and body weight exercises along with having a bit of craic together.
