DESCRIPTION:Trail Running \nSt. Brigids in conjunction with Meath LSP are hosting a Trail Run as part of Her Outdoors Week in Mullaghmeen Forest on Sunday 17th August at 10am. Trail running is outdoor running on forest trails\, hills and natural surfaces with a connection to nature providing physical and mental benefits like improved strength\, balance and mood. The trail runs available on the day are distanced from 1.5k to 5k+ so plenty of choice for everyone especially for complete beginners to improvers. The event is suitable for anyone who can comfortably run 2k.
