DESCRIPTION:Meath LSP is delighted to support and encourage women in sports clubs through our Women in Sport Leadership Development Programme 2026. \nWe’re inviting female coaches\, parents\, volunteers\, committee members and emerging leaders aged 18+ who want to grow their confidence\, build leadership skills\, connect with other women\, and make a real difference in their club and community. \nYou don’t need to be a coach or sit on a committee to take part. This programme is designed for women who simply want to build their confidence\, learn new skills and find their voice within their club. Whether you’re already involved or thinking about getting more involved\, this course will help you develop the tools to step forward\, contribute meaningfully and feel comfortable taking on new roles. \nStrong female leaders help create welcoming\, positive and sustainable sporting environments where women and girls feel supported and can thrive.
