It’s netball\, but at a walking pace where the rules are slightly tweaked. Each session is led by a qualified netball coach so no previous netball experience is required. Taking place in Drogheda Grammar School on Monday 19th February from 6pm\, this 4-week introduction programme is suitable for all women regardless of age\, experience and fitness level.
