DESCRIPTION:Meath Local Sports Partnership in partnership with Louth\, Monaghan & Cavan Local Sports Partnerships have engaged the services of 2into3 Consultants to deliver an information webinar for clubs\, sporting bodies and schools who wish to submit an application for this year`s Sports Capital Programme (SCP). \nThis webinar will provide would-be applicants with valuable insight about the Do`s and Don’ts of completing the application process and will help reduce the number of invalid applications. \nThe Sports Capital Programme (SCP) is operated by the Department of Tourism\, Culture\, Arts\, Gaeltacht\, Sport and Media and provides grants to assist clubs/organisations under the following headings: \n\nDevelopment or refurbishment of sports facilities max €200\,000.\nProvision of non-personal & maintenance sports equipment capped at €40\,000.\nFor projects deemed to be of regional significance €500\,000.\n\nSee https://www.sportscapitalprogramme.ie/ for more information. \nPrior to making an application – clubs must be registered through the Sports Capital Programme online system (portal) -OSCAR. The deadline for registration (OSCAR) is 5pm on Friday 25th August 2023 \nDeadline for COMPLETED applications is 5pm on Friday 8th September 2023 \nThe webinar will take place on Tuesday 15th August 2023 at 7pm (90 minutes duration).
