DESCRIPTION:Socia-Ball – Social Basketball for women is increasing in popularity over recent years. In a fun and social setting\, women will have the opportunity to learn the key basketball skills and play in a supportive environment without the pressure of competition. The 4-week programme is aimed towards complete beginners and also those who may have previous experience. It is inclusive of all ages and fitness levels and will be delivered by qualified coaches. \nThis is an ideal opportunity to try a new sport or revisit a sport that you previously enjoyed. Its all about playing basketball for fun and fitness and maybe even making new friends along the way.
