SUMMARY:Socia-Ball for Women
DESCRIPTION:Socia-Ball is the new social basketball programme for women with the main emphasis on participation\, fun and fitness. In a fun and social setting\, women will have the opportunity to learn the key basketball skills and play in a supportive environment without the pressure of competition. The 6-week programme is aimed towards complete beginners and also those who may have previous experience. It is inclusive of all ages and fitness levels and will be delivered by qualified coaches. This is an ideal opportunity to try a new sport or revisit a sport that you previously enjoyed.
