SUMMARY:Open Water Swimming Workshops
DESCRIPTION:Introduction to Open Water Swimming Workshops  \nThis workshop is ideal for existing Open Water swimmers who want to improve swimming and breathing technique\, learn more about positioning in the water as well as learning all about safety in the water and considerations for different conditions. \nThe workshop is for over 18s only and is open to all levels and abilities\, but participants must be able to swim. \nTow floats will be provided as part of the cost\, it is recommended all participants wear a wetsuit and foot protectors.
