DESCRIPTION:Following the release of the Adolescent Girls Get Active Report\, Sport Ireland are happy to announce the launch of a Coaching Teenage Girls in Sport Workshop\, designed specifically to support coaches of girls aged 12-17 years of age. \nDeveloped by Sport Ireland Coaching in conjunction with the Federation of Irish Sport\, the School of Health & Human Performance Dublin City University and Lifes2Good Foundation\, the workshop is developed to enable coaches to create a positive experience of sport and physical activity for girls in their formative years and provide an environment where girls and young women can develop holistically. \nThe workshop will focus on: \n\nKeeping Teenage Girls playing sport\nThe Needs of teen girls in sport today\nMaturation\, body image & sport\nCommunication and Social skills\n\nOur next workshop takes place online \n Thursday 9th March from 6pm-9pm – Cost is €20 –  Click Here to Register
