Lámh is a manual sign system used by children and adults with intellectual disability and communication needs in Ireland.
With children and families staying home during this pandemic, Lámh is offering free and open access to Lámh Signs Online until August 31st 2020. This resource has videos of all 580+ Lámh signs, including timely signs like Wash Hands, Space, Hot, Clean, and Doctor.

4. Fill in your name and email
5. Check your emails to get the link to create your own password
6. Login and see all signs
CARA Centre is a national pan disability sport organisation which provides a collaborative and partnership platform to increase sport and physical activity opportunities for people with disabilities across Ireland.
CARA have developed disability fact sheets covering physical, intellectual and disabilities, explaining what the disability is and how a person with this disability can be included in sport and physical activity. The CARA TREE Model is also included, this a a tool that can be used to adapt/ modify activities to make them more inclusive.
