Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) have teamed up with Aura Holohan Group to bring you a series of at home fitness training programmes and wellbeing advice to help you keep fit and healthy at home.
Classes and workouts will focus on strengthening the upper body and improving mobility, and are specifically designed for people with a physical disability, wheelchair users or anyone sitting on a chair.
