The SFAI have a 12 day Stay at Home Challenge which comprises of different challenges to try each day. These challenges are fun, easy to replicate at home and focus on key skills of football.

Meath GAA
Meath GAA have also released a number of skills challenges to try at home. There are a variety of great challenges to complete to stay active and improve various GAA skills even in small areas.

100 Touch Challenge
Meath GAA also have a 100 touch challenge,players test themselves to complete all the touches of the ball and hone skills while using both sides of the body.
Ladies Gaelic Football 
The Ladies Gaelic Football Association have released the five day challenge, a number of LGFA skills videos and challenges. This videos not only focus on the skills itself, but also have a great fun element and also incorporate fitness and dance. These skills can also be done easily at home using different resources in the home and garden.

The LGFA are also doing a #showyourskill challenge in association with AIG & 20×20 which aims to inspire young girls to showcase their skills to be in with a chance of winning a big prize, while also promoting Ladies Gaelic Football.

Rugby
The Irish Rugby Football Union have released a number of children’s Rugby skills challenges on their you tube channel. The skills are called Aviva Minis Rugby Skills, these videos allow families and their children to develop their rugby specific skills as well as agility, balance & co-ordination in a fun way at home even with limited space.

Swim Ireland have introduced a new children’s resource, the Swim Ireland Covid-19 Time Capsule Pack. This is a swim-themed resource for children which they can fill with memories, colouring and activities.
