Cyclists are reminded to bring full water bottles and small amount of food with them on the day. Food and water stops are provided along the routes, whereas food supplied is aimed at refuelling the cyclist, it is not intended to replace a main meal!
Cyclists who have additional dietary requirements are responsible for bringing food along with them which will cater for their own particular need. There will be a small selection of gluten free options at all stops.

100k – Senchalstown GAA –water stop; Wilkinstown Community Centre – food stop; marquee in Trim – at finish.
50k – Hill of Tara – food stop; Kiltale GAA – water stop; marquee in Trim – at finish.
