Have you ever wanted to DANCE?!
Have you ever wanted to DANCE but didn’t know where to start, well now you do! We are offering you the chance to learn a fully choreographed dance routine in 4 easy online classes, and its FREE!!
Meath Local Sports Partnership would like to introduce their first Online Dance Tutorial suitable for teens and adults (because you’re never too old to dance). It is an ideal programme for complete beginners and also a great way for experienced dancers to learn an exciting new dance routine.
Dancing is a whole-body workout that’s actually fun. It’s good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and co-ordination. A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging. Dance is also known to reduce stress and promote positive mental health. Dancing makes us happy!
From the hit movie High School Musical, our dance tutor Aisling Rountree will lead you through a step by step tutorial and keep you moving to the song “We’re all in this together”. From start to finish this amazing dance tutorial will make it easy for you to learn the complete dance routine in one week.
Each participant will receive a Youtube link by email making it easy to log on to the site at a time when best suits them. Links may be viewed as often as necessary allowing time to bring out the true dancer in you.
This dance programme is broken down into four segments and video links will be sent on Wednesday 27th May and will continue on Friday 29th May, Monday 1st June and Wednesday 3rd June.
It’s completely FREE but you must register on Eventmaster: https://eventmaster.ie/event/DneHmAcJr
