How To Enter
The An Post Meath Heritage Cycle Tour takes place on Sunday 29th July 2012.
Please Note: There will be NO registration facility on the weekend of the event
(with the exception of the 11km Family Spin)
Entry for the 11km Family Spin will only be open on the morning of Sunday July 29th at the Trim Castle Hotel.
Early Bird Entry Fees:
50km Tara Loop - €20
100km Royal Tour - €30 per person/€25 Unemployed/OAP Discount
160km Royal Challenge - €35 per person/€30 Unemployed/OAP Discount
Cycling Ireland members can avail of a 10% discount on their respective entry fee. Membership number to be completed on entry form and proof of membership produced at sign-in on the evening before/day of the event.

Early Bird Closing Date:
Closing date for receipt of early bird entries is Thursday 19th July 2012.
Payment
Credit card payment of the entry fee is by arrangement with our payment partner Active Network. All major credit cards are accepted (Please note laser cards are not accepted).

Other Entries
Entries can be made online or by post after the early bird closing date of Thursday 19th July and up to 5pm Wednesday 25th July 2012. However, due to the planning requirements for the 50Km, 100Km and 160Km events, an entry fee penalty will apply after 19th July 2012, up to and including the final date for receipt of entries of Wednesday 25th July 2012 as follows:
160km Royal Challenge - additional €10 per person. ie €45 per person/€40 Unemployed/OAP Discount
100km Royal Tour - additional €10 per entry. ie €40 per person/€35 Unemployed/OAP Discount
50km Tara Loop - additional €10 per entry i.e. €30 per person
Postal Entries
Postal Entry Form will be available from May 2012.
Entries can be made by completing the official Entry Form and returning it with fee to:

by the early bird closing date of Thursday 19th July 2012.
Entries can be made after the early bird closing date of Thursday 19th July 2012 and up to 5pm on Wednesday 25th July 2012. Entries must be receved by this date. However, entry fee penalty will apply as outlined above.

11km Family Spin -
Cost: €2 per person - Open to All
50Km Tara Loop
Cost: €20 per person -12 years
100Km Royal Tour
Cost: €30 person/€25 Unemployed/OAP- 16 years
160Km Royal Challenge
Cost: €35 per person/€30 Unemployed/OAP-16 years
The entry fees shown above apply to entries received by the early bird closing date of: Thursday 19th July 2012. Entries received after this date and up to the final date for receipt of entries will incur a higher entry fee as follows:
■ 50Km Tara Loop -additional 410 per person i.e. €30 per person
■ 100Km Royal Tour - additional €10 per person i.e. €40/€35 per person
■160Km Royal Challenge - additional €10 per person i.e. €45/€40 per person
A few points of note…
The entry fee is non-refundable
■The entry fee for the 50km, 100Km, 160Km includes your souvenir jersey, refreshments during and after the event, use of changing and shower facilities and use of various support services during the event.
■Cheques should be crossed and made payable to ‘Meath Local Sports Partnership’
■Euro cheques/ postal orders/bank drafts will be accepted
■Under no circumstances should cash be sent in the post
■On line payments through our online application process will be by Credit Card by arrangement with our payment partner Active Network. All major credit cards are accepted.
Confirmation & Queries
Postal Applications
Once we have received your completed entry form and fee you will receive your entry pack by post which will include your acknowledgement letter, route map and charity sponsorship card.
Online Applications
Once you have completed the online entry and payment process, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your entry details and confirmation of payment and a follow up email with your entry acknowledgement and route map.
