#INTHISTOGETHER campaign – We’re in this together and we will come out of it together. Let’s set ourselves the target to do something each day to make us feel a little healthier and a little happier.

Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and in line with HSE guidelines, we are all practising physical distancing. Meath Local Sports Partnership understands the challenges which this request presents to both our mental and physical health. Keeping active not only has physical benefits but plays a huge role in maintaining good positive mental health.

Meath LSP has compiled a range of activities that can be done in your home or outside (within 5km distance). Please ensure that you follow the up to date guidelines from the HSE on social distancing and outdoor activities.
